We all get down at times, throughout our day, and sometimes we can get really down, like when a family member or friend passes away. But there is a particular sense of feeling down when the days get shorter, the nights get longer, it's cold and snowy outside. This is called Seasonal Affective Disorder or SAD. This can happen to anyone and can affect everyone around us, but first we have to be able to identify it, the symptoms before we can do anything about it. Knowledge about what is going on with us (self-knowledge) is key in this situation. If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, don't hesitate to get some help to live your best life.
