It's always good to check on people that we love and care about, but especially during the holiday times can be difficult or overwhelming for some. We never really know what other people are going through and most of the time, they will not burden us with their problems, because they don't want us to worry about them. But we must remember this and take the time to check on those we love and care about. Those people need to know that they are not alone and we can be there for them, especially when they may need us the most.
