Well get anxious and sometimes it can be really bad. There is good types of anxiety, like doing a presentation or speaking in front of people, etc. But that's good anxiety. It helps us rise to that level where we can really show our god stuff. The problem is that when we get overloaded (or overwhelmed) with anxiety, that's when it becomes a problem. That kind of anxiety can stop us in our tracks and keep us from moving forward in our lives. Here are six simple ways that we can reduce the anxiety that we are experiencing in our life, especially these days. Try them out and see which ones work for you.
